Fedora Pasta began in a little home kitchen that grew to become and household name. We have a passion for sharing our love of food with everyone we meet. Since we first opened our doors back in1974. We have been devoted to offering the highest-quality products at affordable prices. We manufacture 100% Australian made egg noodle pasta products. Fedora Pasta Products is a proudly owned family business that is servicing the Illawarra, Sydney, South Coast and the Riverina for over 45 years.
​At Fedora Pasta we manufacture preservative free fresh egg noodle pasta that is cut daily. Our dry egg noodle spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, tagliatelle and pappardelle is packed conveniently for longer storage so you can store it in your pantry for emergency use. We manufacture potato gnocchi, pumpkin gnocchi as well as ravioli and tortellini that come in a range of flavours such as beef, chicken, veal, spinach ricotta and pumpkin ricotta.
Our oven ready lasagna dishes like beef, vegetarian, chicken, salmon prawn and also cannelloni dishes filled with spinach ricotta or beef are handmade and manufactured with the best local ingredients that are ready for pickup daily.
Thanks to our food-conscious consumers and amazing vendors that are at the forefront in supplying the best Australian ingredients such as fresh eggs from local suppliers and Australian grown beef, veal, and chicken as well as the highest quality Australian grown durum wheat semolina. Over the past 45 years we have built such special relationships with suppliers that we take pride in ourselves for providing our quality products to you.
