Proudly Australian owned and family operated, Fedora Pasta manufactures 100% Australian-made egg noodle pasta products, supplying customers throughout the Illawarra, Sydney, the South Coast, and the Riverina.

We produce preservative-free fresh egg noodle pasta, cut daily to ensure exceptional quality and freshness. Our range of dried egg noodle pasta—including spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, tagliatelle, and pappardelle—is conveniently packaged for extended pantry storage, making it perfect for everyday meals or whenever you need it.

Our product range also includes traditional potato gnocchi, pumpkin gnocchi, ravioli, and tortellini, available in a variety of delicious fillings, including beef, chicken, veal, spinach and ricotta, and pumpkin and ricotta.

For added convenience, we offer a selection of handmade, oven-ready meals, including beef, vegetarian, chicken, and salmon & prawn lasagne, as well as spinach and ricotta or beef cannelloni. Each dish is prepared using the finest locally sourced ingredients and is available fresh for daily pickup.
